Thai Rubin is currently the General Counsel of SES NEW SKIES. Mr. Rubin has held this post since August 2003 at New Skies Satellites B.V.  Mr. Rubin also serves on SES NEW SKIES' six-member Executive Management Committee.

Mr. Rubin joined New Skies at its inception as Associate General Counsel, with responsibility for commercial contracts related to satellite and launch procurements, strategic transactions and customer contracts.

Before joining New Skies, he was Senior Legal Counsel at PanAmSat and previously worked as an Assistant Engineer at PanAmSat's principal outside engineering firm.

Mr. Rubin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
