Second quarter 2005 financial results to be announced on Thursday, August 4, 2005

HAMILTON, Bermuda, August 1, 2005 – New Skies Satellites Holdings Ltd.(NYSE:NSE), the global satellite communications company, will announce its results for the second quarter 2005 on Thursday, August 4, 2005.

CEO Dan Goldberg and CFO Andrew Browne will host an analyst conference call on the same date at 11:00 a.m. EST. Dial-in numbers will be provided prior to the call.  A replay of the conference call will be available for five days after the call.

New Skies Satellites Holdings Ltd. intends to take advantage of the “Safe Harbor” provisions of the US Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 with respect to any forward-looking statements that may be made during the conference call.
