Company announces second share repurchase program and intention to pay dividend

THE HAGUE, Netherlands, February 11, 2004 – New Skies Satellites N.V. (AEX, NYSE: NSK), the global satellite communications company, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003. Revenues for the year were $214.9 million, EBITDA(1) was $119.6 million, and net income was $11.8 million, or $0.10 per share on a fully diluted basis.
