Welcome to the world of SES NEW SKIES Occasional Use !

SES NEW SKIES requires all new customers and existing full-time customers who have not registered with SES NEW SKIES occasional use to complete  a Customer Credit Application Form, a Customer Information Form and an Occasional Use Agreement, which outlines our standard terms and conditions for using our satellites. These forms must be filled out completely and signed by an authorised representative of the company and should include the correct address, contact telephone numbers and authorized individuals to make occasional use bookings with SES NEW SKIES.

Once completed, please e-mail them back to bookings@ses-newskies.com or fax to our 24-hour bookings office, +31 70 306 4210.

Once received and processed, we will then send an Occasional Use Agreement. If you need help with any of the forms, click here bookings@ses-newskies.com.

All transmit antennas which operate on our fleet of satellites must be registered with SES NEW SKIES in advance of any services taking place.  Please click here for the antenna description form.    Once completed, please e-mail to the address on the form.  Assuming there are no queries with the application, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

SES NEW SKIES will inform your company by e-mail once the application process has been completed.
