Serving regional, transcontinental and transoceanic customers in North America, the Caribbean, South America, Europe and Africa, NSS-10 is also capable of providing links to other regional satellite systems, for example SES AMERICOM in the United States and SES ASTRA in Europe. The satellite offers individual transponder switching capability between the Europe/Africa beam, South America beam and the North America beam and features unique ‘simultaneous’ downlink functionality.
