Jonas Mattson is the Chief Financial Officer of SES NEW SKIES and a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee. Mr. Mattson joins SES NEW SKIES from SES SIRIUS, where he served as Vice President of Finance and CFO and where, as a Member of the Management Team, he helped to develop the Nordic and Eastern European markets.

Prior to SES SIRIUS, Mr. Mattson worked extensively within the management team of Ericsson in a variety of roles, including Business and Finance Controlling. Furthermore, he oversaw Ericsson’s participation in various joint ventures such as the Ericsson Microsoft Mobile Venture, established to drive mobile internet. As a board member of the venture, Mr. Mattson contributed significantly to the development of the global IT/Telecom industry.

Mr. Mattson additional business and financial expertise, demonstrated through his previous accomplishments, include successfully implementing ISO 9000 into the Business Control Unit of Ericsson Japan.
