IPsysŪ services are supported by the SES NEW SKIES Network Operations Center located at the Washington Mediaport in the United States. The monitoring hub of SES NEW SKIES' global network, the Network Operations Center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by experienced support engineers who can assist customers with all SES NEW SKIES-based transmission inquiries, including questions about terrestrial and IP connections.

SES NEW SKIES provides all IPsysŪ customers with access to online tools that show real-time information on bandwidth usage. By knowing the characteristics of traffic transmitted along the IPsysŪ platform, customers can make certain that SES NEW SKIES is delivering agreed-upon levels of service. In addition, customers can ensure that their bandwidth investments are leveraged in an optimal manner and plan future network enhancements based on sound load and demand information.
